I have a history working with a broad range of struggles and tailor treatment to each client and situation.
It is important to me to have a compassionate and engaged approach.I provide helpful support to empower clients to effectively address personal life challenges. I use different therapeutic approaches depending on what best fits each clients age, personality, and situation. I do lean heavily in to a cognitive behavioral approach with teens and adults as extensive research proves efficacy with this approach. With younger children I like to incorporate parent coaching to help the child and family be able to practice skills with independence. I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing. I like to always work with the end in mind which is often independence, empowerment, and confidence to handle life stresses.
